Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Digital Sales Consultant – Southeast in Charlotte, Birmingham, Atlanta to drive sales of Teligen digital solutions and robotics. The role requires clinical acumen, regional travel, and collaboration with education and leadership teams to launch and scale technologies.

You will lead demos, coordinate installations, and influence area budgets while maintaining a strong customer pipeline and quarterly forecasts in a dynamic Orthopaedics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to sell complex technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting, awareness campaigns, clinical demos & advocacy in the region.
• Direct site installation and initial case support with the sales team.
• Partner with equipment managers to grow pipeline and forecast goals.
• Understand imaging, navigation and MIS pathways for sales.
• Align area plans with strategic goals and platform adoption.
• Lead regional demonstrations and surgeon engagements.
• Deliver hospital onboarding programs for surgical teams.
• Support field sales in service, repair and protocol adherence.
• Influence budgets and ensure data-driven decision making.
