Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant – Southeast to join the Orthopaedics team in a field-based role across Charlotte, Birmingham and Atlanta. You will drive adoption of Teligen digital solutions and other enabling technologies, with a focus on spine surgery and capital robotics.

The role requires extensive collaboration with sales leadership, education teams, and surgeons, plus up to 75% domestic travel. Remote work options may be case-by-case and approved by the Company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent professional training.
• Minimum three years of spinal implant sales or equivalent orthopedic capital robotics experience.
• Must live within the assigned territory/geography.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting, awareness campaigns, clinical demos, and advocacy efforts in assigned region.
• Partner with Capital Equipment Selling Managers to grow area pipeline and forecast goals.
• Demonstrate understanding of clinical & capital selling pathways with Imaging, Navigation, and MIS.
• Align and support area business plans and strategic goals.
• Support regional efforts to drive spinal implants for platform adoption.
• Deliver field education programs with internal/external stakeholders.
• Lead regional tissue labs and surgeon engagements.
• Provide hospital onboarding for surgical teams.
