Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant – Southeast to drive adoption of Teligen digital solutions and robotics in Charlotte, Birmingham, and Atlanta. This field-based role requires clinical demos, surgeon engagement, and collaboration with education teams to expand platform adoption across assigned territories.

The position involves up to extensive travel, case support in OR settings, and close coordination with area leadership to achieve quarterly sales

Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of spinal implant sales or equivalent orthopedic capital robotics professional selling experience.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology; operates in clinical, technical sales environments.
• Proven ability to sell new, innovative medical devices and drive adoption of technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting, awareness campaigns, clinical demos and advocacy in the assigned region.
• Lead site installation and initial case support with the sales consultant team.
• Partner with Capital Equipment Selling Managers to grow area pipeline and meet technology forecasts.
• Demonstrate understanding of imaging, navigation and minimally invasive spine surgery.
• Align with area business plans and strategic goals.
• Drive adoption of spinal implants for full platform use.
• Deliver field education programs with Commercial/Professional Education teams.
• Conduct regional tissue labs, product demos and surgeon engagements.
