Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Digital Sales Consultant – Southeast, based in Charlotte, Birmingham, or Atlanta, to join the Orthopaedics team. The role focuses on driving adoption of Teligen digital solutions and robotics platforms in spine surgery, with opportunities for remote work on a case-by-case basis.

You will collaborate with education teams and sales leadership to deliver field programs, educate surgeons, and expand the platform adoption across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant sales experience in clinical/hospital settings.
• Minimum 3 years of spinal implant sales or orthopedic capital robotics selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting, awareness campaigns, clinical demos, and advocacy in the assigned region.
• Lead site installation and initial case support with the sales consultant team.
• Partner with capital equipment selling managers to grow pipeline and meet forecasts.
• Demonstrate understanding of imaging, navigation, and MIS in spine.
• Drive surgeon engagements and regional customer education programs.
• Deliver hospital onboarding for surgical teams.
