M&T Bank is seeking a Branch Teller in Annapolis, MD to provide exceptional service to walk-in and scheduled customers, process transactions and promote digital banking solutions. You will educate customers on features, resolve routine issues, and refer more complex needs to branch specialists.

In this role you’ll uphold branch controls, support daily operations, and contribute to customer retention by delivering a differentiated, friendly experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum in retail sales, customer service, or telesales.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle diverse customers and manage time under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and explain benefits.
• Engage customers to promote digital capabilities and reference loan criteria.
• Complete servicing obligations and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach.
• Maintain branch operations and document customer interactions in the system.
• Support AML, BSA, KYC processes and escalate suspected fraud.
