Job summary

Sonic Automotive is seeking a Traffic Manager to lead store level traffic performance and KPI delivery. You will ensure playbook compliance, own in-store structure, and drive profitability in partnership with dealership leadership.

You will work with Brand Traffic Management Director and General Manager to identify opportunities, implement action plans, and coach teams to achieve targets in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years automotive retail management preferred.
• 2 years training and development experience preferred.
• Able to set priorities, multi-task, and achieve goals.
• Strong in communication and relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive traffic management knowledge and processes.
• Identify and address low performing areas relative to KPIs and targets.
• Collaborate with TMDs and General Managers to implement action plans and accountability.
• Standardize traffic management processes across departments.
• Train and coach teammates to improve performance and KPI attainment.
