Job summary

KVLY-TV/Gray Media in Fargo, ND is seeking an organized and creative Multimedia Sales Manager to lead our digital sales efforts and partner with the Director of Sales on business development for the station.

You will drive digital revenue growth, train the sales team, present and close digital deals, develop compelling sales materials, and forecast pricing and campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills, highly organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Presentations experience and ability to close digital deals.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and materials.
• Minimum two years of digital sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital revenue growth with focus on new local direct business.
• Provide digital training to the sales team.
• Assist Multimedia Executives in presenting and closing digital business.
• Develop sales presentations and collateral using current research materials.
• Maintain campaign tracking, delivery, and reporting to ensure success.
• Oversee digital pricing and revenue forecasting.
• Promote a winning, positive culture.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales on revenue strategy and forecasting.
• Oversee digital sales products and inventory management.
