ADP is seeking a Digital Sales Associate in Pittsburgh to sell payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital tools. You’ll partner with CFOs, HR and payroll admins, and business owners from Fortune 100s to small businesses, while building your book of business and benefiting from award-winning sales training.

You’ll start with daily goals on dials, talk time, and appointments, with autonomy and a set Monday–Friday schedule, no travel, and

Competenze

Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
Military experience -- skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality.
A college degree is great but not required; what's more important are the skills to do the job.
Ability to learn new tools and technology and leverage go-to-market tech throughout the sales process.
