Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Digital Sales Associate in the Pittsburgh area to sell ADP payroll, tax, HR and benefits solutions to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology.

You will work as a consultative business partner to CFOs, HR and payroll admins, small business owners, and more, with autonomy, a set weekday schedule, and a high-performing training environment. Travel is not required, with virtual appointments and uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
• Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation and trust-building skills is beneficial.
• A college degree is great but not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business within your geography by closing sales and reaching goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships within the ADP family by selling cloud-based HR solutions to existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor to clients, internal partners, and networks.
