Job summary

Hearst Television’s Burlington market team seeks a Digital Sales Manager to lead and expand digital revenue across TV and digital platforms. You will guide strategy, mentor AEs, and drive measurable client outcomes in a fast-changing digital environment.

You will partner with leadership to forecast, plan, and deliver integrated marketing solutions, while coaching teams to elevate sales performance and client satisfaction across local and national accounts.

Qualifications

• Understanding of digital marketing and cross‑platform media (TV + digital).
• Experience growing revenue via new business and account growth.
• Ability to create persuasive presentations and respond to RFPs.
