U.S. Legal Support in Naples, FL is hiring a Digital Reporter – Legal Proceedings. No prior experience required; training provided.

This hybrid role combines on-site client interactions with work at our Naples site and remote elements. You will support legal reporting during depositions and hearings, set up gear, prepare audio and exhibits, and handle administrative tasks. Strong typing and tech‑savvy are essential, with AAERT certification training included and support for obtaining a Notary

Qualifications

• Tech‑savvy with computers and audio equipment.
• Typing speed of 55+ WPM with test.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to obtain State Notary Commission (assistance provided).
• AAERT Certification; training provided before start date.

Responsibilities

• Legal Reporting (Training Provided): Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings.
• Technology Operations: Transport, set up, and operate computer and audio equipment for in-person and remote proceedings.
• Document Preparation: Prepare audio files, exhibits, and related materials for transcription.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks when not assigned to legal proceedings.

Are you tech-savvy and interested in the legal industry? U.S. Legal Support is hiring Digital Reporters. No prior experience is required—we provide structured training to set you up for success.

Location: Naples, FL

Schedule: Hybrid - Client Sites | Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Training & Certification

Hired candidates will complete Digital Reporter training prior to start date.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Reporting (Training Provided): Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings in office and professional settings.
