Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Specialist to translate digital capabilities into practical customer outcomes.

You will partner with customers, Sales, and Aftermarket to drive adoption, remove friction, and strengthen relationships. Responsibilities include guiding digital experiences, recommending capabilities, and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in digital enablement, customer success, eCommerce, business development, or related consultative tech environment.
• Ability to understand customer objectives and workflows; apply digital capabilities to challenges.
• Strong aptitude for learning and applying digital products and capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from access through adoption, removing friction and increasing value from digital capabilities.
• Understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges; map to digital capabilities.
• Partner across Sales and Aftermarket to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
• Increase digital purchasing participation across eCommerce and digital channels.
• Manage and interpret customer requests, adoption signals, and platform feedback; drive timely actions.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving digital portfolio; support UAT and release readiness.
