Job summary

Cleveland Brothers is seeking a Digital Product Specialist to translate digital capabilities into practical customer outcomes. You will partner with customers, Sales, and Aftermarket to drive adoption, remove friction, and strengthen relationships.

The role focuses on guiding customers through access, adoption, and ongoing use; recommending digital capabilities; and supporting digital readiness, training, and continuous improvement to deliver measurable value across our Caterpillar digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in digital enablement, customer success, eCommerce, business development, or a related consultative technology environment preferred.
• Ability to understand customer objectives and workflows, ask effective discovery questions, and apply the right digital capabilities to address customer challenges.
• Experience with telematics, mobile applications, SaaS, B2B eCommerce, or related digital platforms is beneficial.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and coordinate effectively across customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from access and enablement through adoption and ongoing use, removing friction and helping them realize greater value from digital capabilities.
• Understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges; recommend and coordinate digital capabilities best suited to the desired outcome.
• Partner across Sales and Aftermarket to identify digital opportunities, enrich customer context, coordinate action, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Increase digital purchasing participation by identifying customer opportunities, enabling access, and removing adoption barriers across eCommerce and digital procurement channels.
• Manage and interpret customer requests, digital activity, adoption signals, and platform feedback; convert them into timely actions and insights.
