Job summary

Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co. is hiring a Digital Product Specialist to translate digital capabilities into practical customer outcomes. You will partner with customers, Sales, and Aftermarket to drive adoption, remove friction, and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in digital enablement, customer success, eCommerce, or related consultative tech environment.
• Ability to understand customer objectives and workflows and apply the right digital capabilities.
• Experience with telematics, mobile apps, SaaS, B2B eCommerce, or related digital platforms is beneficial.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; able to simplify complex concepts across teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from access through adoption and ongoing use, removing friction.
• Understand customer goals and workflows; recommend digital capabilities.
• Partner with Sales and Aftermarket to identify opportunities and coordinate actions.
• Increase digital purchasing participation by enabling access and removing adoption barriers.
• Manage customer requests, digital activity, and feedback to drive actionable insights.
• Maintain knowledge of the evolving digital portfolio and support UAT and release readiness.
