Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Specialist to translate digital capabilities into customer value, partnering with Sales and Aftermarket to drive adoption and improve customer outcomes.

You will guide customers through access, enablement, and ongoing use, while keeping current on the evolving digital portfolio and facilitating successful user experiences across Caterpillar digital products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in digital enablement, customer success, eCommerce, or related consultative tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from access and enablement through adoption and ongoing use, removing friction and helping them realize greater value from digital capabilities.
• Understand customer goals, workflows, and challenges; recommend and coordinate digital capabilities best suited to the desired outcome.
• Partner across Sales and Aftermarket to identify digital opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Increase digital purchasing participation by identifying customer opportunities and removing adoption barriers across eCommerce channels.
• Manage customer requests, digital activity, adoption signals, and platform feedback to drive timely actions and insights.
• Maintain knowledge of the evolving digital portfolio and support testing, release readiness, and customer impact validation.
