PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Digital Product Management - Group Manager to lead strategy, roadmaps, and delivery of NBA decisioning capabilities within the MarTech portfolio.

Based in a set of in-office locations including Tysons Corner, VA, this role partners with Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, and Tech to drive measurable business outcomes. The candidate will guide real-time decisioning, personalization, and journey orchestration while scaling a team of product managers

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing product managers and Agile teams.
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise product portfolios.
• Strong expertise in Agile product management methodologies.
• Experience driving strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across multiple teams.
• Exceptional communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset linking outcomes to investments.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve the strategic vision for enterprise decisioning and Next Best Action capabilities.
• Define multi-year roadmaps for personalization, audience targeting, and journey orchestration.
• Lead a portfolio of Agile products enabling decisioning, audience activation, and journey management.
• Partner with Analytics and Data Science to translate models into decision strategies.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers and owners.
