Job summary

PNC is seeking a Digital Product Manager Lead Sr within its MarTech organization, based in a Marketing Hub. The role accelerates MarTech transformation with ownership over discovery, design and requirements, delivering ROI across digital experiences.

You will partner with Product, Technology, MIS, Marketing and stakeholders to ensure strategic goals are met, while supporting risk, compliance and audit needs. This is an in-office role with a strong focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• Masters, PhD or certifications desirable.
• Industry experience typically 8+ years; certifications often required.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience.
• Monitor marketplace trends to justify new or enhanced digital experiences and build business cases.
• Design features for digital experiences and manage rollout or promotion of those experiences.
• Partner with Product, Technology, MIS, LOB, Marketing and other stakeholders to meet strategic goals; support risk management and compliance.
