Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise product portfolios.
• Strong expertise in Agile product management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the strategic vision for enterprise decisioning and Next Best Action capabilities.
• Define multi-year roadmaps to advance personalization, audience targeting, and journey orchestration.
• Lead a portfolio of Agile products supporting customer decision making and journey management.
• Coach and develop a team of product managers and product owners; ensure strong PM disciplines.
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Digital, Data, Technology, and Business leadership to translate decisions into outcomes.
