Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Digital Product Manager Lead within its MarTech organization.

Based in a Marketing Hub location, you will guide multiple Agile teams to deliver customer-facing experiences on the pnc.com site and translate strategy into roadmaps and measurable digital capabilities. You will collaborate with Product Owner, architecture, design, content, analytics, and risk partners to balance speed, security, and maintainability while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience in digital product management and customer-facing delivery.
• Ability to develop roadmaps and manage complex backlogs.
• Strong Agile planning, acceptance criteria, release management, and incremental delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Owner to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Lead product execution across multiple Agile teams with aligned backlogs and milestones.
• Define epics, features, requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize customer experience improvements, platform modernization, debt, and regulatory needs.
• Ensure accessible, mobile-first digital experiences and collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.
• Measure performance with analytics and prioritize continuous improvements.
