Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Digital Product Manager - Invoice To Cash to own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of Billing Management, Cash Management, and Rebate Management capabilities.

You will partner with Product Owners and DT Engineering to ensure scalable, compliant solutions across the enterprise. The role requires deep product leadership, strong business acumen, and experience in finance-related product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical- or business-related field is required.
• 8+ years of product management or equivalent project management experience.
• 8+ years delivering technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
• 3+ years of managing projects.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Rebate Management, Cash Management.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Experience with technology products and stakeholder management.
• Finance modules and ERP systems experience (Oracle or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and allocate resources.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital product vision and roadmaps for Billing, Cash, and Rebate Management.
• Drive product strategy with business leadership and process managers.
• Develop business cases for new/improved products and ventures.
• Define program backlog and feature acceptance criteria aligned to SW strategy.
• Analyze product pricing, costs, and internal return rates.
• Understand user needs and prioritize features based on impact and feasibility.
• Collaborate to define roadmaps, communities, and program initiatives.
• Coordinate development across Finance processes and enterprise programs.
• Lead product owners and coordinate with technical teams to meet community needs.
• Work with owners to translate business needs into user stories and manage dependencies.
• Promote best practices across the organization and Enterprise Technology Group.
• Develop cross-region, cross-process solutions and drive continuous improvements.
