Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Director of Digital Product for CX Platforms & Services. You will define the strategy, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of digital experiences and commerce platforms powering web and mobile customer interactions across segments.

You will lead a team of digital product managers, collaborate with UX, marketing, security, and operations, and translate complex business needs into scalable platform roadmaps that drive measurable customer and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in Digital Product Management/leadership with program/portfolio management.
• Strong quantitative and analytical orientation using data to drive decisions.
• Experience building and scaling platform and decisioning products.
• Proven track record mentoring large, geographically distributed PM teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital experience and commerce platforms.
• Lead and develop a team of digital product managers for platform products and shared services.
• Own product strategy for foundational platforms including commerce, CMS, search, personalization, and identity.
• Translate objectives into clear roadmaps and delivery priorities.
• Balance customer value, business impact, feasibility, risk, security, and compliance in governance.
• Oversee full lifecycle from discovery to retirement and measure success with KPIs.
• Collaborate with Technology, UX, Analytics, and Operations to ensure executable and scalable roadmaps.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and advance best practices in product management.
