Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Digital Product Manager for PMI Finance to own the strategy, vision and end‑to‑end delivery of costing, supply chain accounting, and intercompany capabilities across the global supply chain.

Partner with Owners, DT Engineering, Testing and Data Governance to deliver scalable solutions that meet operational, financial, and compliance requirements. The role is based at our Cleveland Headquarters and is not hybrid/remote.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical- or business-related field.
• 8+ years of product management or project management experience.
• 8+ years delivering technology solutions in line with business objectives.
• Experience with costing, supply chain accounting, or intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Understand competition, customer analysis, market research to support ETG objectives.
• Drive product strategy across core business and enterprise applications with leadership and process managers.
• Develop business cases for new products and improvements in coordination with Value Management.
• Own digital product vision, roadmaps, backlog, and feature acceptance criteria.
• Define product roadmaps across finance and supply chain processes; ensure alignment with SW strategy.
• Collaborate with owners to translate business needs into user stories and drive dependencies.
