Qualifications
- Proven technical and domain implementation experience in end-to-end billing across payment types (ACH, paper checks, credit cards).
- Experience with e-wallet and payment automation initiatives.
- Ability to define strategy and roadmap for end-to-end billing initiatives.
- Strong liaison with business, sponsors, tech teams; capable of leading workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for end-to-end billing initiatives.
- Act as single point of contact for stakeholders and resolve queries.
- Lead workshops with business, DPO, BA, tech leads and QA to devise solutions.
- Deliver quick wins and real-time API integration during billing rollouts.
- Evaluate technology options and select the most relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with DPOs to implement features.
