Job summary

Duck Creek Technologies seeks a Principal Product Manager, Billing to define and evolve the product strategy for billing capabilities, ensuring accurate premium billing, payment flexibility, and financial integrity. You will own the roadmap for billing workflows, collections, and payments, partnering with Engineering, Data, Finance, and customers to deliver scalable, governed solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, building, or integrating sub-ledger or General Ledger solutions within insurance or financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of P&C billing operations including invoicing, payment processing, collections, commissions, disbursements, reconciliation and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for billing domains including invoicing and payment processing.
• Translate billing practices and regulatory requirements into clear, prioritized product capabilities.
