Job summary

The role blends technical leadership with business strategy, including defining roadmaps, coordinating with business sponsors, and driving payment-automation projects such as e-wallet features.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SAP and related billing systems, and can manage cross-functional workshops

Qualifications

• Proven technical and domain implementation experience in end-to-end billing across payment types (ACH, paper checks, credit cards).
• Experience with e-wallet and payment automation initiatives.
• Ability to define strategy and roadmap for end-to-end billing initiatives.
• Strong liaison with business, sponsors, tech teams; capable of leading workshops with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for end-to-end billing initiatives.
• Act as single point of contact for stakeholders and resolve queries.
• Lead workshops with business, DPO, BA, tech leads and QA to devise solutions.
• Deliver quick wins and real-time API integration during billing rollouts.
• Evaluate technology options and select the most relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with DPOs to implement features.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Proven Technical And Domain Implementation Experience In

• Billing module handling end to end type of implementation on different types of payment/collection types like ACH, Paper check and Credit card


• Accounting


• SAP and related integrated down streams systems of billing

Capability and hands on handling futuristic features like e wallet and payment automation initiatives

Hands On On The Below

• Defining strategy and roadmap for the end to end billing initiatives


• Be the point of contact for the stakeholders like business, sponsor, programming team and handling queries from stakeholders (Business/Technology) and resolving it


• Ability to conduct and drive workshops involving stakeholders from business, DPO, BA, Technical leads and QA to arrive at solutions for the business and technology problems

Flair in creating quick wins and ability to rapidly develop minimum viable and minimum testable products

Hands on in creating real time communication integration and ability to handle and manage various APIs during the billing module roll outs

Capable in evaluating multiple technology solutions and ability to suggest the most relevant ones among various options

Hands on exposure in taking up features, working with DPOs and arriving at solutions for the same

Good knowledge about P&C Insurance
