Job summary

Heidelberg is seeking a Field Service Technician, Digital for the US to install, troubleshoot, repair, and train customers on Heidelberg/Gallus Digital-Flexo Label Presses. Travel to client sites will be required, with a company vehicle provided for on-site service.

You will need a solid understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, and test equipment, as well as strong customer service and reporting skills. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or vocational apprenticeship required.
• 3-5 years of work experience.
• Willingness to travel about 70% of the time.
• Experience on Heidelberg/Gallus equipment or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and train customers on Heidelberg/Digital presses.
• Travel to customer sites; use company vehicle for service calls.
• Provide clear, concise reports related to technical activities.
