Job summary

Durst Image Technology US is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure timely installation, repair, removal/relocation, and technical support of Durst products across North America. You will install equipment, train customers, and maintain high uptime with proactive service.

You should have hands-on mechanical skills, experience in printing or related industries, and excellent communication. Travel up to 75% (primarily USA and Canada) with occasional overnight stays; valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Experience in printing or a related industry is preferred.
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time across USA & Canada.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely installation of Durst products and services.
• Deliver operator and maintenance training as required.
• Maximize equipment uptime through prompt repairs and maintenance.
• Manage assets, travel, and expenses to meet financial targets.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.
• Complete all job-related administrative tasks on time and accurately.
