Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Digital Print Systems Manager to own, manage and optimize the digital print ecosystem at our Allen, TX facility, with a focus on HP PrintOS.

You will partner with digital print operations to maintain data integrity, support Power BI reporting, manage Dalim/Hybrid and PrintIQ workflows, train users, and coordinate with vendors.

The role requires strong HP PrintOS experience and hands-on prepress workflow knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in digital print operations.
• Strong HP PrintOS experience required.
• Familiarity with DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow.
• Experience with Dalim/Hybrid and PrintIQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary SME for HP PrintOS, including DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow, and digital workflows.
• Manage Dalim/Hybrid for digital prepress operations.
• Manage PrintIQ as it relates to digital print operations.
• Partner with digital print operations to maintain data integrity.
• Support Power BI reporting and analytics.
• Improve workflows and coordinate with vendors.
• Train users and manage integrations.
