Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred.
• 5+ years in digital print technology or manufacturing engineering leadership.
• Advanced analytical skills with data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain uptime, throughput, and waste targets for presses.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external OEMs (Canon, Ricoh, HP).
• Review maintenance schedules and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to optimize productivity and quality.
• Provide input on capex decisions and strategic plans.
• Manage direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Escalate issues between partners and operations as needed.
• Attend daily production meetings and report on issues affecting delivery.
