Job summary

Better Life Technology® seeks a Print Operator who will lead print activities using HP large format latex printers, Epson proofing printer, and Kongsberg cutting tables. The role involves creating SOPs for processes, materials, safety and quality, and ensuring accurate, on-time production of custom print jobs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a custom print environment, strong color management, and attention to QC. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tape-measure reading is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 3–5 years in a custom print environment preferred.
• Experience following SOPs and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee print department activities for HP latex, Epson inkjet, and cutting tables.
• Create standard operating procedures for process, materials, safety, and quality.
• Handle custom print orders per artwork and specifications.
• Maintain and document defect logs, QC details, and roll inventory.
• Coordinate with purchasing for materials and consumables.
• Train and evaluate print staff and support cross‑department needs.
