Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles in Allen, TX is seeking a Digital Print Systems Manager to own and optimize the HP PrintOS-driven print ecosystem at our Allen facility. This role focuses on HP PrintOS (primary), along with Dalim/Hybrid and PrintIQ.

You will partner with digital print operations, manage Dalim/Hybrid and PrintIQ, and support Power BI reporting while coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth production flows.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years experience in digital print ops.
• Strong HP PrintOS experience required.
• Familiarity with DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow, Dalim/Hybrid, and PrintIQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Primary SME for HP PrintOS including DFE, hot folders, SiteFlow, and digital workflows.
• Manage Dalim/Hybrid for digital prepress operations.
• Oversee PrintIQ related to digital print operations.
• Partner with digital print operations teams.
• Support Power BI reporting.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage integrations.
