Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Print Operations to own day-to-day execution in the Allen, TX print workflow. You will supervise production staff, maintain the daily schedule, and enforce quality standards on the line, collaborating with Pre-Press, Quality, and Maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in print production, manufacturing, or digital print operations, including 2+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with digital printing, prepress, or color management in a high-volume production environment.
• Proven ability to hold a daily production schedule and hit throughput and quality targets at the same time.
• Strong front-line leadership: supervising, training, and holding a team accountable on the production floor.
• Comfort working with Pre-Press, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve day-to-day issues.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day production and execute the daily digital production schedule for your area.
• Supervise the floor: directly manage staff and shift leads and resolve line issues.
• Hold quality on the line by enforcing QC standards and checkpoints.
• Coach and evaluate your team, conduct performance evaluations and provide input on pay and development.
• Keep the schedule realistic by tracking capacity and elevating risks before they cause a miss.
• Own your shift's numbers: report volume, yield, and defect rate and adjust as needed.
• Keep equipment running by monitoring uptime and coordinating with Maintenance.
• Translate priorities from leadership into clear daily work objectives for staff.
• Follow and improve standard work, propose refinements where needed.
