Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Offer Manager for Digital Power software and systems in the United States. You will drive market strategy, launches, pricing, demand forecasting, and marketing promotions across offers, collaborating with commercial teams, R&D, and country leadership to enable growth.

You will build strong cross-functional relationships, lead go-to-market enablement, and support sales enablement to maximize orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Proven experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
• Significant technical or commercial experience with power metering, power quality, protection and automation devices, electrical power monitoring systems, and digital services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Oversee planning and execution of product launches.
• Build accurate demand forecasts with commercial teams and SIOP.
• Formulate pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Position products effectively to meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns and communications.
• Foster relationships across commercial teams, global lines of business, R&D, and country leadership.
• Prepare offer marketing content and educate commercial teams to drive orders.
