Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking an experienced offer manager to oversee our Digital Power software and systems portfolio, driving market strategy, launches, pricing, demand forecasting, and promotions.

You will collaborate across commercial, R&D, and country leadership to enable go-to-market success and strong customer engagement.

The role offers a pay range of USD 117,600 to 176,400 per year and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
• Proven experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
• Significant technical or commercial experience with power metering, power quality, protection and automation devices, electrical power monitoring systems, and digital services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.
• Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in market research, product launches, and go-to-market strategies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead market research to inform product strategy with R&D.
• Oversee planning and execution of product launches.
• Collaborate on demand forecasting with commercial teams and SIOP.
• Formulate pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Ensure strong product positioning in the market.
• Coordinate marketing promotions and communications.
• Build relationships across commercial teams, global lines of business, R&D, and country leadership.
• Prepare offer marketing content and support opportunities.
