Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Offer Manager for Digital Power’s software and systems portfolio. You will lead market strategy, launch plans, and GTM enablement while collaborating across commercial, R&D, and country leadership to drive growth.

The role involves shaping price strategy, demand forecasting, and marketing promotions to maximize orders and market impact. This position emphasizes cross-functional influence and strategic thinking within a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
• Significant technical or commercial experience with power metering, power quality, protection and automation devices, electrical power monitoring systems, and digital services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to various audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and geographies.

Responsabilités

• Market Research & Strategy: Lead market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches aligned with business objectives.
• Demand Forecasting: Build accurate demand forecasts with commercial teams and SIOP.
• Pricing Strategy: Formulate pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Product Positioning: Ensure products are positioned to meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.
• Marketing Promotion & Communications: Create promotional campaigns and communications to boost visibility and engagement.
• Collaboration: Build relationships with commercial teams, global lines of business, R&D, and country leadership.
• Sales Enablement: Prepare offer marketing content, educate commercial teams, and support opportunities.
