24 Seven Talent is seeking an experienced digital media leader to drive performance-focused acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple channels. Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Advanced expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Search Ads 360, and web analytics tools.
Strong experience across programmatic display, connected TV, online video, dynamic creative, and DSP environments.
Demonstrated success with attribution, experimentation, dashboards, and metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and customer value.
A collaborative, analytical operator who can move comfortably between strategy and in-platform execution.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, execution, optimization, and testing across paid search, shopping, video, display, and programmatic channels.
Oversee campaign architecture, bidding and attribution approaches, feed health, audience strategy, creative performance, and reporting.
Collaborate with analytics, creative, content, e-commerce, and business stakeholders to align media investment with growth priorities.
