Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a strategic, social-first creative leader to develop performance-driven content for paid media. This fully remote role requires shaping the creative approach across paid social campaigns and establishing a scalable content engine that balances story with measurable results.

You'll partner with senior teams to guide production, iterate based on audience response, and build a high-volume pipeline without sacrificing quality or strategic focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creative for digital, direct-to-consumer, wellness, or social-first brands.
• Strong understanding of paid social creative, hooks, pacing, storytelling, authenticity, and audience behavior.
• Experience directing creator content and high-quality brand assets.
• Hands-on editing ability with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to translate brand positioning into scalable creative systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop original, platform-native concepts for paid social to stop the scroll and drive conversion.
• Lead development of creator-led, UGC-style, lo-fi and polished brand content.
• Provide clear direction to creators, designers, editors, production partners, and other collaborators.
• Create briefs, scripts, messaging frameworks, and content structures for efficient production.
• Use campaign insights to identify winning patterns, refine creative, and introduce fresh concepts.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across fast-moving social platforms.
