Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) seeks a Payments Specialist II-Digital (2nd shift) to ensure accurate daily ACH and Wire postings, reconcile files, and support Zelle, RTP, and Bill Pay channels. The role includes OFAC verification, exception reporting, and cross‑department payments processing.

You will handle domestic and international wires up to $1M, review returns and disputes, and assist with training. The position offers a hybrid schedule with two in-office days weekly and shift

Qualifications

• Experience in ACH and/or Wire Transfers within a financial institution.
• Familiarity with OFAC and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and post daily ACH and Wire activity and reconcile files.
• Process domestic and international wires up to $1M; verify with OFAC checks.
• Monitor emerging payment channels (Zelle, RTP, Bill Pay) and handle exception reports.
• Research and respond to member inquiries and payment disputes.
• Provide training to other Payments Specialists as needed.
