Job summary

PMI (Project Management Institute) is seeking a leader to oversee production operations, application support, monitoring, incident management, and service reliability for digital services. You will work across Engineering, Product, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security and business teams to drive observability-led practices, automation, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce risk and improve customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, cloud experience, ITIL/SRE knowledge, and the ability

Qualifications

Experience leading major incident response and problem management.
Deep knowledge of monitoring, observability, logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
Proficiency with Datadog and Azure Monitor.
Understanding of SRE and ITIL practices.
Ability to influence across Product, Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security and stakeholders.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated people leadership and talent development capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and people leadership for production operations, application support, monitoring, incident management, change management, and service reliability.
Ensure day-to-day health, availability, performance, security, and operational readiness of critical digital services.
Drive observability-led practices, automation, AI-assisted workflows, and continuous improvement to reduce service risk and accelerate recovery.
