Carson Wealth is seeking a senior Production Engineering leader to drive reliability, observability, and operational governance across digital platforms. You will own incident management, establish AI-driven operational practices, and deliver executive-level metrics on service health and risk.

The role requires extensive technology leadership experience, with a focus on production operations and reliability engineering, in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of ten years of technology leadership experience in production operations, reliability engineering, or platform operations.
• Experience leading observability, monitoring, incident management, and operational governance programs.
• Architecture-level mastery of AI and cloud-based operational systems.
• Expertise in reliability engineering, observability, monitoring, and service health management.
• Strong knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and operational risk practices.
• Experience with Service Level Objective, Service Level Indicator, and operational metrics frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead production engineering strategies, standards, and practices for reliable services.
• Own incident management framework and post-incident learning processes.
• Drive AI/ML platform operations and automation for observability and reliability.
• Develop executive-level reporting and dashboards on service health and risk.
• Collaborate with technology leaders to align reliability with business goals.
