Qualifications

• Understanding of Search, Social, and Programmatic media.
• Ability to develop operational plans to support enterprise and brand level strategy.
• Experience in healthcare marketing preferred
• Agency/Marketing/IT background preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple effective manner
• Strong knowledge of digital strategy development, digital strategies, channels and measurement / analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support the strategy and activation of holistic media plans across a portfolio of brands.
• Work with Media Managers to develop media strategies/plans to deliver on brand goals.
• Support monthly budget management and track campaign launches across channels.
• Develop and track creative across brands.
• Review media performance and optimize plans.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote products via online channels.
• Manage execution of digital marketing programs and analyze their effectiveness.
• Establish relationships with search engines and portals and track website usage trends.
• Create and maintain engaging website graphics reflecting brand identity.
• Oversee social media marketing and online community management to drive traffic.
• Balance strategic, digital, creative and analytical thinking; emphasize digital media.
• Contribute to holistic integrated media plans; plan and optimize with Digital Platforms team.
• Manage media budget summaries and monthly actualizations.
• Partner with creative agencies to manage asset delivery/tracking.
• Support execution of in-house digital media model.
• Increase media channel performance as measured by ROI.
