Bayer (Schweiz) AG in Whippany, NJ seeks a Senior Manager, Retail Analytics to lead enterprise retail media measurement and reporting. You will shape measurement frameworks, align with MTA/MMM, and drive scalable dashboards across brands and categories.

You will guide data ingestion into the data lake, set standards, and partner cross-functionally to connect RMN insights to enterprise outcomes. A strong background in retail analytics and cross‑functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree preferred.
Deep experience with Retail Media Networks and ecommerce analytics.
Strong knowledge of MTA, MMM, ROI frameworks, and incrementality.
Proven ability to build dashboards and scalable reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the transformation of Retail Media Measurement frameworks and reporting.
Partner with data teams to ingest retail data into the enterprise data lake.
Develop multi-tiered reporting: foundational, advanced analytics, self-service dashboards.
Define data standards and governance to ensure consistent metrics.
Integrate retail insights into enterprise decision-making with CBTs and analytics teams.
Collaborate with RMN platforms and measurement partners to expand capabilities.
