Bayer, based in Whippany, NJ, is seeking an Associate Manager, Media Strategy to drive holistic media plans for BCH brands. You will work with Media Managers to develop strategies, manage budgets, and oversee cross-channel campaign launches.

This role emphasizes digital media, including search, social, and programmatic, with responsibilities for creative development, performance analytics, and cross-team collaboration to maximize ROI and brand impact.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree required.
• Understanding of Search, Social, and Programmatic media.
• 6 years in Marketing activation (Digital Marketing, Media, Advertising) preferably in consumer packaged goods.

Mansioni

• Develop holistic media strategies/plans to deliver on brand marketing goals.
• Manage monthly budget management and campaign launches across channels.
• Review media performance and optimize plans based on data and ROI.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams for asset delivery and tracking.
