Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of digital marketing, search marketing, analytics, website management, or related fields.
• Experience planning and managing paid media campaigns, digital platforms, websites, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Deep knowledge of SEO, local search, reputation management, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, campaign tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain accurate campaign data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives and priorities.
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across search, display, OTT, paid social, email, and onboarding channels.
• Collaborate with business lines to translate goals into effective marketing programs.
• Manage campaign budgets, targets, channels, and creative requirements for maximum ROI.
• Oversee campaigns from planning to optimization and post-campaign analysis.
• Monitor lead generation and conversion performance; recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Serve as SME for SEO, local search, reputation management, analytics, and measurement.
• Own analytics tools: GA, GTM, Search Console and related platforms.
• Develop tracking frameworks, conversion tracking, events, goals, and attribution models.
