• Delivers data-driven digital solutions; tracks performance and adoption of digital banking tools.
• Owns the bank’s website, ensuring performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Collaborates with internal teams and vendors on pages, navigation, and new features.
• Uses Google Analytics to monitor behavior and optimize conversions.
• Leads website personalization initiatives and works with marketing agency on paid media.
