Job summary

Heatcraft Refrigeration Products is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and implement digital strategies across websites, SEO, social media, and marketing automation. You will support end-to-end customer journeys, optimize conversion paths, and drive qualified leads.

You will work onsite in Stone Mountain, GA, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, and creative tools to improve funnel performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of related experience in marketing communications with a strong digital focus.
• Proficiency in website management, SEO, social media marketing and UI/UX principles.
• Experience with digital analytics tools and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize digital experiences across the full customer journey.
• Develop and manage lead generation initiatives and conversion paths.
• Partner with sales and marketing to support funnel performance.
• Build and optimize email marketing and automation programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and manage SEO strategies to improve rankings and traffic.
• Customize digital advertising for local markets and analyze campaign metrics.
• Manage organic and paid social media to drive engagement and leads.
• Track digital performance using analytics and CRM data.
