Job summary

CraneWorks, LLC is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital strategy and execution across paid and organic channels in Houston, TX. You will drive traffic, leads and conversions while maintaining brand integrity across campaigns.

You will own content creation, social media leadership, and data-driven optimization, using GA4, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver measurable ROI and support lead generation efforts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications.
• Proven track record with measurable results in digital campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
• Experience with analytics tools (GA4, HubSpot).
• Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
• Manage campaigns to drive traffic, leads and conversions.
• Plan a consistent content calendar and create engaging visuals.
