Job summary

Reliable Heating & Air, Inc. seeks a Digital Growth Specialist to drive growth across our brands from our Kennesaw, GA headquarters. You will manage paid search, SEO, email campaigns and automation, while analyzing data to optimize conversion and lead flow across multiple markets.

The role requires hands-on experience with analytics, CRM, and AI-enabled tools, coordinating with operations and marketing partners to scale campaigns and improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience.
• Strong paid search experience, with working knowledge of SEO, website conversion and lead generation.
• Experience with email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, CRM or marketing automation preferred.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and tools such as SEMrush.
• Comfortable using tools such as Zapier, AI platforms and emerging digital technology.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets and performance across multiple campaigns or markets.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong communicator who can work with business leaders, internal teams, agencies and vendors.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities and turn ideas into execution.

Responsibilities

• Digital Acquisition & Visibility: Manage paid search, SEO, local search and emerging visibility across brands and markets.
• Website & Conversion: Improve websites and landing pages to generate more calls, leads and appointments.
• Email, Lifecycle & Automation: Build email journeys for lead follow-up, reactivation, maintenance and cross-sell.
• Analytics, Budget & Growth: Track performance from traffic to leads and revenue; manage digital budgets.
• Business & Partner Collaboration: Build relationships with GMs and local teams to understand market needs.
• Technology & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate new digital tools and AI capabilities to improve marketing.
