Job summary

Reliable Heating & Air in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist who will own end-to-end digital marketing efforts across multiple brands. The role focuses on driving growth through paid search, SEO, site optimization, email marketing, automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and partners to build scalable campaigns, measure results, and continuously improve the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience.
• Strong paid search experience with SEO, website conversion and lead generation.
• Experience with email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, CRM or marketing automation preferred.
• Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio and tools such as SEMrush.
• Comfortable using tools such as Zapier, AI platforms and emerging digital technology.
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets and performance across campaigns.
• Working knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
• Strong communicator who can work with business leaders, internal teams, agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Digital Acquisition & Visibility: manage paid search, SEO, local search and emerging visibility across brands.
• Website & Conversion: improve websites and landing pages to generate more calls, leads and appointments.
• Email, Lifecycle & Automation: build email journeys for lead follow-up, reactivation and cross-sell.
• Analytics, Budget & Growth: track performance from traffic to revenue and manage budgets.
• Business & Partner Collaboration: build relationships with managers and teams to improve the customer journey.
• Technology & Continuous Improvement: evaluate new tools and automation to improve marketing performance.
