You will set up customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, explore AI tools for sales enablement, and develop digital campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels. Collaborating with sales and product leaders, you will ensure branding consistency and measure performance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1-3 years of digital marketing experience; internships considered.
• Strong grasp of core marketing principles and channels with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with compelling copy.
• Creative eye with branding and visual communication understanding.
• Self-starter attitude; able to learn and grow across marketing disciplines.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and management of marketing projects from start to finish.
• Set up and manage customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Explore AI tools to assist sales force with enablement and speed deliverables.
• Develop and manage digital campaigns including email, geofenced trade shows, paid social, and other paid media.
• Design and schedule emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to communicate with customers.
• Create, schedule, and manage content across digital channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute to digital content for website, emails, and YouTube channel.
• Ensure all materials adhere to branding guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and leadership to align initiatives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics.
